The Dyers came to KC for a dance competition and we met them at Independence mall for some playtime, Topsy's popcorn, and a Carousel ride :)
Sledding Time! We had a snowfall that was perfect for sledding and we found a "new" hill behind our house where they are doing construction work. It's going to be a house with a walk-out basement by this time next year, but right now, it's a great hill for sledding.
Hannah playing "Pie-Face" with the Mees cousins--Ha! They all loved this game!
A Lauren-Daddy Zoo Trip!
It's Girl Scout Cookie Time! Hannah's second year selling cookies was a success! She set her sights at 100 boxes and managed to sell 181. She doesn't mind asking people...teachers, church friends, family, etc...she is an outgoing salesperson.
The obligatory picture with our beloved gingerbread houses before they have to be thrown away. The girls would save these forever if they could, but what would we do with them?! They usually make it through most of January.
Baking time! This Masterchef Jr. is a mean egg-cracker! The girls often want to cook first thing in the morning. I need my coffee to make this happen! I took the second picture to show to my friend who made me this mug, but it's a good representation of my morning. Coffee and 1 eager cook :) That morning, it was chocolate chip pancakes.
Hannah in her element at gymnastics. She really has fun with this and has progressed quickly through to level 3. I think that she learned most of it from her cousins and from watching the American Girl movie, McKenna. :)
Beautiful day for a bike ride, and Lauren's bike is really fancy after getting a bike basket and a doll bike seat for Christmas!
Schumacher Skate Night! Fun times with good friends.
