Scenes from October!
Goofing off :)
Halloween festivities! This was the annual Halloween party that the students at LHS host. We've been going to this since Hannah was a baby, and it's always a fun night! Lauren was Marshall from Paw Patrol and Hannah was Ginny Weasley from Harry Potter.
This was a fun night. I took the girls out to Chipotle before Lauren's Daisy scout meeting at the library. I realized right before the meeting that it was a Halloween party meeting...and we didn't have a costume. We ran to Target across the street and bought a costume. Lauren really wanted this Skye Paw Patrol costume, but they only had it in size 3/4. She still wanted it. And there were really not any other costumes left anyway, so here she is in her too-small costume, headed to the Daisy Halloween party :) They were both troopers that night as we ran through Target!
Grant!
One of our dinner for 8 friends had a big birthday party and we joined in the fun celebration. The air hockey table proved to be a big hit!
A Mom's Club friend hosted a Harry Potter Halloween Party. It was a big hit with Hannah! Harry Potter-themed snacks, a Horcrux hunt, Harry Potter crafts, movie, and fun!
Hannah's Girl Scout troop took a trip to Prairie Schooner camp in Lee's Summit and did rock climbing for the day. All of the girls did awesome and were so brave! Hannah loves rock climbing and made it to the top pretty easily.
Pumpkin carving!
Halloween parties! Greg was able to come and the girls were super excited to see him!
Halloween night! Putting Grant in his Ghost costume. He was a sport! This dog really puts up with a lot :)
Ginny Weasley! Complete with Red hair!
Skye from Paw Patrol!
We headed to the square for Trick or Treating, then Second Baptist for the Trunk or Treat, and then to Fran and Bob's house for the annual get-together, before heading out into the neighborhood! At Fran and Bob's house, we saw Ms. Rettig!
All of the loot from a night of Trick-or-Treating!
