Here are some highlights from March!
The children's choirs at church performed in the Palm Sunday service. Here are some shots of the girls holding hands down the aisle and waving palm branches. So sweet :)
A beautiful day for fishing at Papa A's house! Lauren preferred to dig for worms and play with them while Hannah liked to fish. We didn't catch any, but we had a lot of fun and also got to feed the fish several times. So nice to spend some outdoor time together.
The Girl Scout troop having fun selling cookies at Hyvee and meeting after school at Schumacher. We meet twice a month and have a great time. It's a sweet group of girls. They love crafts, games, and snacks and our simple meetings are so fun for them. It's been really fun being an assistant troop leader this year!
The girls and I snuggling up for a nap (I wish!) on the couch :)
PJ day at Hannah's school :)
Dr. Suess day :) She had blue hair (made of tuelle) which is hard to see.
| Dying eggs on a random March day! There was a leftover packet of dye in the Easter box when we got out the Easter decorations. Hooray! What better to do on a Spring Break Day? |
| Green eggs for St. Patrick's Day :) And random Frozen crowns that we found in the pantry :) |
Lauren and I went on an outing to Wonderscope Children's Museum with our MOPS group. She loved the veterinarian room best of all :) That was predictable!
Lauren playing soccer :) She has quite the foot and also likes to play t-ball, four-square, and ride her bike. She's a pretty sporty girl!
Playing outside with Uncle Dave and cousins at Papa's house. A great day for hanging out outside and enjoying the weather.
A trip to the zoo with Huxley! They loved to take their time from exhibit to exhibit and spent quite a while marveling at Nikita, the polar bear, doing flips in the water :)
Lauren displaying some treats from her Easter Egg hunt at school. She was SO excited!
