November 2018!

November started out with a beautiful day and a trip to the zoo with Gramma Jan and Grampa Bill!
We got to see the cheetahs, which is a rare site because they are usually hiding out of sight.

Feeding and petting the stingrays!

The zoo tram!

Another picture with the Halloween Storybook pumpkins! Lauren's pumpkin was a character from Magic Treehouse and Hannah's was from The Seventh Wish.

Just lounging in matching pjs :)

Hannah's Thanksgiving performance in Mrs. Lean's class--a really cute performance which was part history and part memorizing cute Thanksgiving poems.

Swimming at the Excelsior Springs Community Center-a great time on a cold November day. They have a water slide!

Starting all the holiday traditions--making buckeyes!

Decorating the House for Christmas!

Reading Christmas Books

To Gramma and Grampa's house for Thanksgiving!
Finally got the bird puzzle put together! Yay!

Thanksgiving was a beautiful day and the girls enjoyed lots of outside cousin time at Brenda's house at the Wehmeyer family get-together for lunch.

We had dinner with the Meeses at Gramma Jan and Grampa Bill's

The next day, we put together our Christmas Tree Advent calendars with the cousins!

The next morning, I went to go for a last walk with Marley and Geni and Dave. Marley had to be put to sleep because she wasn't able to eat and urinate any more. It was time, but a hard goodbye. Marley was such an amazing dog. She was Gigi A's dog and then Dave and Geni's dog after Gigi A couldn't really take care of her anymore. Marley was kind of the last link to Gigi A. Dave and Geni took such good care of her and she was a great family dog for them and had a wonderful indoor life for her last several years! We will all miss her!

Later on this beautiful day--hunting for the perfect Christmas tree for Gramma Jan and Grampa Bill!

The boys working to put together some little toddler bikes for Jan's Christmas family donation...quite the cooperating task!

Back in Liberty...Snow!! Lots of sledding and snow fun with neighbors!

Fun times at B and B! Love this place, and this is the BIGGEST Christmas Tree!

Lauren's 1st grade art and music program! It was "Oceans of Fun" with an underwater theme :)

Isabella came over for a sleepover!
